Federation activities
Selsdon are enthusiastic supporters of the South London Federation and
the Surrey Photographic Alliance, competing successfully in their
exhibitions and inter-club competitions, and helping with the administration
involved.
Selsdon Camera Club is one of the strongest
and most active camera clubs in the South London area.
We also take pride in being one of the friendliest clubs.
Our fifty members include relative beginners
as well as those with wide experience. All styles of work and
techniques, both traditional and digital, are enjoyed.

Club Meetings Friday evenings, 8.0 p.m. - 10.0 p.m.
These include - technical and pictorial talks,
- Print and slide competitions for members
- meetings and competitions with other clubs
- social evenings
Annual Exhibition
We will show approximately 80 prints for two weeks in the Fairfield Halls Gallery
From the 10th to 22nd November 2008.
Some work from every member is included.
Weekend outing
Each April we hire a coach, Friday to Sunday, for a weekend away
(e.g. to Cardiff in 2008). With members and partners the coach is
always well-filled.
Digital A/V Group
The group holds regular monthly meetings at the club where ideas and experiences
using digital A/V techniques are swapped and exchanged.
Local Outings
Members arrange informal day photographic trips in the local area.
